Established in 2000, Insight Consulting is one of Indonesia's leading
providers of management assurance consulting services, including corporate
governance, risk management, internal audit, IT audit, IT security and IT /
business process services. In addition, we provide these services throughout
South-East Asia, as well as the Middle-East.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for talented people to join our
consulting team, as follows:

*Managers:*

· 8+ years of experience in accounting, audit, IT or related areas,
including 3+ years of experience in corporate governance, risk management,
internal audit, IT audit, IT security and IT / business process.

· Bachelor's degree (S1) in related discipline from foreign or reputable
local universities, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

· Master's degree (S2) and professional certifications (i.e. CA, CPA,
CIA, CISA, CFE, etc.) will be highly regarded.



*Senior Consultants:*

· 4 – 7 years of experience in accounting, audit, IT or related areas,
including 1+ years of experience in corporate governance, risk management,
internal audit, IT audit, IT security and IT / business process.

· Bachelor's degree (S1) in related discipline from foreign or reputable
local universities, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

· Master's degree (S2) or professional certifications (i.e. CA, CPA,
CIA, CISA, CFE, etc.) will be highly regarded.



*Consultants:*

· 1 – 3 years of experience in accounting, audit, IT or related areas,
although fresh graduates who exhibit special qualities will also be
considered.

· Bachelor's degree (S1) in related discipline from foreign or reputable
local universities, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.



*General*

· Good technical skills.

· Good interpersonal skills, including management and communication.

· Good analytical skills, including logic and common sense.

· Enthusiasm, self-motivation and creativity.

· Good business sense, i.e. "street smart".

· Ability to work in large or small teams, or as individual.

· Ability to work under pressure, and achieve deadlines in adverse
conditions.

· Ability to work and communicate in English, including verbal and
written communication.

· Willingness to travel internationally and domestically.

· Computer literate, including all Microsoft business products.
